Transport Tunnel A (Magmoor Caverns)

Transport Tunnel A is a room in the Magmoor Caverns. It appears in Metroid Prime. It contains a Morph Ball navigation puzzle with an an Energy Tank. Destructible metal crates make up the floor in a few places; two bombs will destroy these, making Samus fall to a lower level. Careful timing must be used to navigate through the tunnel over the crates.

This room is featured in the attract mode of New Play Control! Metroid Prime, now with the Spring Ball ability, which makes navigating the room easier.

Energy Tank: This is in the top-left corner of the puzzle; to reach it, Samus must perform a Bomb-Trick at three points in the room, each moving up and to the left. Samus must make it up on her first go, or the crate she is above will break, dropping her into the lava. This is made significantly easier in the New Play Control! and Metroid Prime Trilogy versions of the game, where Samus can use the Spring Ball to avoid breaking the crates altogether.
