"Vs. Mid-Level Enemies" is an unnamed battle theme from Metroid: Other M. It was composed by Kuniaki Haishima.

The theme primarily plays in minor battles against Mid-Level Enemies, typically during their first encounter; however, certain Mid-Level Enemies use the Lockdown Battle Theme instead and others do not have any battle music. It is first heard in the Galactic Federation mothership's empty training room while Samus Aran practices combat against the Zebesian Hologram. Aboard the BOTTLE SHIP, it is heard during encounters with Side Hoppers in the Main Sector; Griptians, Side Hoppers, a Dragotix, and FG II-Graham units in Sector 1 / Biosphere; Dessgeegas in Sector 3 / Pyrosphere; and Volfons, a Gigafraug, Dessgeegas, and Super Zebesians in Sector 2 / Cryosphere.
The battle theme consists largely of a rapid electronic bass, punctuated by orchestral brass hits and metallic percussion beats. A soft female choir can be heard occasionally, singing the theme's only discernable melody.
