Wall Jump is a Mini-Game in Metroid Prime Pinball. It involves Samus Wall Jumping up a shaft to collect an Artifact or Special, and on Level 2, an Extra Ball. This is done by pressing the L and R buttons when she collides with the respective walls. Puffers (on Pirate Frigate) or War Wasps (on Tallon Overworld) float about, but they will not stop Samus from reaching the prize and are worth points for hitting with the Screw Attack. The music that plays is a remix of Chozo Chapel of the Elders in Prime. It should be noted that the Screw Attack does not appear in the original Metroid Prime. If the game is failed, Samus will fall back down in Morph Ball form.
Development notes[]
Wall Jump was added to Pinball after each of the tables had already been completed, which made incorporating them a challenge.[1]
