Wilson James is a British actor. He appeared as the "Hero" in Breathe, the European live-action commercial for Metroid Dread. It depicts him playing the game on his Nintendo Switch on a subway, becoming increasingly tense as he flees from E.M.M.I.-02SM, only exhaling once he safely gets away. When the subway stops, he gets off the train and continues playing Dread at home.

James has appeared on Hollyoaks and EastEnders, in the feature film Deadly Nightshade, and multiple short films and commercials.
