XAX Entertainment Inc. is a Japanese CG animation studio. They were part of Project M, the amalgamation of Nintendo, Team Ninja, D-Rockets and various other studios that worked to develop Metroid: Other M. According to the "works" page on the company website, XAX contributed to "3D scene creation & composite work" for a Wii game in 2009, possibly Other M, which is not mentioned anywhere on the site[2]. Three XAX employees contributed to the development of Other M; production manager Yoshihisa Shimizu, and digital artists Satoshi Yamaguchi and Ken Mochizuki. In addition to Nintendo, XAX have also worked with Sony, Konami, Bandai Namco, Platinum Games, CGames, among other companies. Other games XAX has contributed to include Resident Evil Code: Veronica, Yu-Gi-Oh! The Falsebound Kingdom, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, Transformers: Devastation, Star Fox Guard and NieR: Automata.
